PARKING
Free parking is available on site, but we encourage carpooling to ensure everyone can enjoy the festival.

1. General Festival Information
Q: What are the festival hours?
A: The festival runs from 12 PM to 9 PM. It’s kid-friendly from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Q: Where is the festival located?
A: One Art Community Center 1431-39 N 52nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19131. Right off Lancaster Ave in West Philly, between Media and Master. The main entrance is on Warren Street.
Q: Is there an entry fee?
A: Yes, tickets are required. Prices will increase at the door. Tickets can be purchased at [Insert Link].
Q: Are re-entries allowed?
A: Yes, with a wristband. However, re-entry will close closer to the festival’s end. Please plan accordingly as there will be no exceptions once doors close.
Q: Is there a festival map available?
A: There’s no printed map, but you can visit the Help Desk for directions and assistance.
Q: Will the event proceed regardless of weather conditions?
A: Absolutely! The event will take place rain or shine. Vendors will be covered in case of rain. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.
2. Lost & Found
Q: I lost something. Where do I go?
A: Visit the Help Desk. We log all found items. If your item isn’t here, we’ll take your contact info and notify you if it’s found.

A: Bring it to the Help Desk so we can secure it and log the details.
Q: I’ve lost my child/family member. What do I do?
A: Stay calm. Provide a description, and we’ll alert security and staff immediately to assist in locating them.
3. Food & Vendors
Q: Where are the food vendors located?
A: Food vendors will be located street-side on Warren Street, with limited vendors inside the festival gates.

A: Please check with individual food vendors for specific dietary options.

4. Health & Safety
Q: Will I be searched upon entry?
A: Yes, all attendees will be subject to a security search upon entry.
Q: What happens if prohibited items are found?
A: Actions may include: • Confiscation • Refusal of entry • Eviction from the event • Police involvement if necessary

A: Contact the nearest staff member or go to the Help Desk. For serious situations, we’ll contact medical or police personnel.
5. Accessibility & Family Information
Q: Is the event suitable for children?
A: Yes! The Omo Naija Festival is family-friendly from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Q: Does my child need a ticket?
A: Yes, all attendees, including children, need a ticket. No discounts are available at the gate.
Q: Is there a Kids Zone?
A: Yes, there’s a designated Kids Zone. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A: There’s street parking available on both sides of 52nd Street.

A: Yes, the 52 bus stops near the festival location.

A: Yes, and we recommend using rideshare for convenience.
7. Payment & Purchases
Q: Is there an ATM on-site?
A: No, there won’t be an ATM at the festival, so please plan accordingly.
Q: What do I do if I lose my e-ticket?
A: No worries! Log into the Posh app, search for your ticket, and download it again. You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy.
8. Rules & Prohibited Items
Q: What items are prohibited at the festival?
A: Prohibited items include: • Weapons of any kind • Outside alcohol or food • Large coolers • Bags larger than 4.5” x 6.5” • Glass containers (including perfume bottles) • Animals (except service animals) • Explosives or pyrotechnics • Professional cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks • Excessive amounts of cigarettes • Illegal drugs (medications allowed with doctor’s note in original packaging) • Helmets, drones, chairs, sprays • Any items that could be used illegally, offensively, or cause disruption
